Giving Together

The VCF’s Giving Together program invites advised fundholders to participate in supporting proposals that are received through the Foundation's competitive grant rounds.

A Giving Together bulletin is mailed to VCF advised fundholders three times a year and contains a list of all proposals received for the most recent competitive grant round, organized by county. Each listing includes a brief summary of the proposal and notes from Foundation staff about the proposal's strong points. Proposals that tie to information in Understanding Vermont are also highlighted, making it easy to support organizations working on the issues and trends that matter to you.

For fundholders who are interested in funding a specific proposal, we make it easy by providing a special grant recommendation form and a special area on DonorCentral to expedite the process.
