Foundation Co-Files Say On Pay Proposal
The Vermont Community Foundation co-filed a shareholder proposal with Oracle Corporation to allow shareholders to have a non-binding "advisory vote" on the executive compensation package proposed by the board at each annual meeting.

The Council is a national organization that advances the vital role and capacity of the nonprofit sector in civil society. VCF Joins Investor Call For Climate Change
As a member of the Investor Network on Climate Risk (INCR) the VCF co-signed a letter in support of a Global Agreement on Climate Change. This is part of our mission investing activities. We are pleased to report that over 135 signers with more than $6 trillion in assets signed the statement--the largest group of investors ever to call for government action on climate change.

The VCF is part of a group of 43 investors managing over $1.5 trillion in assets that called on the U.S. Senate to extend tax credits for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects by at least five years to 2013.
